Fulham boss Mark Hughes is enjoying working for chairman Mohamed Al Fayed.
Hughes reveals Al Fayed is a great chairman to work for.
He told the London Evening Standard: "Before games he'll ring up out of the blue and wish everybody well. And he makes sure I pass on those comments.
"The chairman has a real input and a real enthusiasm for everything that we do. And it is much appreciated because, goodness me, if he hadn't come in and invested heavily in the club when he did then this club might have folded. So we're forever in his debt.
"It's a little different from other relationships I've had with chairmen and owners. But it works and it's fruitful, and that's really key. He has been really supportive. He has been really encouraging in terms of always asking whether I need anything. I've enjoyed that."
