Fulham boss Hughes admits West Ham strikers were different class

Fulham boss Mark Hughes admits his defence struggled to cope with West Ham United's attack in yesterday's defeat.

Freddie Sears started for the Hammers, but Hughes was more impressed by centre-forwards Carlton Cole and Frederic Piquionne.

"Today, we weren't as good in that regard and I think that's credit to the two guys they had up front," said Hughes.

"Big, strong, powerful guys and at times they messed us around somewhat."
