Fulham boss hopeful Arsenal, Liverpool, Man Utd target Sessegnon stays put

Fulham manager Slavisa Jokanovic has urged club owner Shahid Khan to keep hold of youngster Ryan Sessegnon amid interest from major Premier League clubs.

The 16-year-old is regarded as a top prospect in his age group in England, and the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are supposedly interested in the player.

The England U17 international became one of the youngest scorers in FA Cup history when netting the winner for his side in the 2-1 win over Cardiff City on Sunday.

"He's very good for the project of this football club, he's one of the most talented teenagers in England," Jokanovic said.

"I am sure that he is going to be a very important player for us in the future. But he's only 16 years old, we have to be careful with him, and I prefer not to talk so much about Ryan Sessegnon.

"He's a very intelligent kid, he's working very hard and has to keep going."
