Fulham boss Roy Hodgson won't break the bank to strengthen his squad if they qualify for Europe this season.

Hodgson will not risk Fulham's financial future by pressing for astronomical funds if the club reach Europe.

He said: "If we get into Europe there'd be no question of me suggesting we need seven or eight top-class players and £40million of investment because I know it's an unrealistic demand."
