Fulham boss Hodgson refuses to be concerned

Fulham boss Roy Hodgson insists there's no need to panic after their defeat to West Brom.

Hodgson said: "The one thing you won't be getting from me is me laying into the players saying 'you've lost three away games so you better win this one' as it's not that easy.

"If motivation was that simple there'd be a lot of people after my job.

"Obviously every game the run continues it adds to the problem.

"But we cannot do any more than we are doing at the moment."

Hodgson added: "That is three back-to-back defeats now by the odd goal.

"We just have to put it behind us as that is the only intelligent thing to do.

"We have analysed things and hammered home to the players areas that need to improve.

"Hopefully we will learn our lessons and hopefully we'll move on."
