Fulham boss Roy Hodgson was delighted with the performance of Bobby Zamora in their Europa League victory over FK Vetra.
Zamora remains a target for Hull City, but Hodgson said: "Bobby was outstanding. He has had a lot of criticism which comes when a striker has not scored a lot of goals and misses chances.
"His link-up play with Andy Johnson was excellent and I couldn't be happier.
"It shows the work we are doing with him in pre-season is paying off.
"He is maybe trying to prove one or two people wrong and that is what players should do. If he carries on like
this then we are going to have a very good front partnership."
