Fulham boss Hodgson laughs off dramatic taunts of Amkar Perm fans

Fulham boss Roy Hodgson has laughed off the taunts of Amkar Perm fans ahead of tonight's Europa League return-leg clash.

Dressed in capes and holding scythes, the group of around 20 supporters displayed a banner on which was drawn two sets of five coffins either side of a cross with the word "Johnson" written on it.

A group of around 10 fans fitted with breathing masks also met the team coach as the players arrived for training.

Amkar have officially apologised for the incident through their website and promised to punish those responsible, but Hodgson brushed it off.

"It was quite amusing I thought. What else can I say? I wasn't expected to take it seriously was I?" the Fulham manager added.
