Fulham boss Roy Hodgson insists his players will give Liverpool a game today.
He said: "The title race occupies little of my time. I'm trying to prepare my team to win games. I can only hope we can maintain the good form we've shown and play as good a game against Liverpool as we did against Manchester United.
"The important thing for us is to win. We don't have any thoughts about the title race. As far as we're concerned, the question how our results against them will affect the title is something we don't talk about.
"We only discuss the game and try to prepare it as we'd like to win. All of us want to make sure when the final whistle blows people are saying Liverpool are good - but Fulham can play too.
"I can only hope the memories of the last game and good feeling we got from it will motivate players to reproduce that performance. One is tempted to say players aren't more motivated against big teams as every match in the Premier League is of such importance.
"But, when the eyes of the world are upon you, these games add further inspiration."
