Fulham boss Roy Hodgson has cast doubt on Bobby Zamora's move to Hull City.
"I can confirm that Hull are interested in him and have made a bid but I can't confirm that we're going to be prepared to let him go," he said.
"Bobby Zamora and Andrew Johnson have been excellent on the tour and if we lose him, he's going to be a hard man to replace that's for sure.
"(So) that will be something that will be discussed when I get back.
"Obviously it's not been easy. I've been in touch all the time with the people at home, with the chief executive but with the time difference, it's not been as easy as it would be had I done the pre-season at home."
