Fulham boss Roy Hodgson has received a boost with fit-again trio Philippe Christanval, Ian Pearce and Kasey Keller all playing in yesterday's closed-doors friendly against Dagenham & Redbridge.
The match ended in a 1-1 draw and after the game Reserve Team Manager, Billy McKinlay, had some good news regarding the form and fitness of centre back pairing Christanval and Pearce.
"They've been training well over the past two or three weeks and today was just the next step in their rehab programme," McKinlay revealed on fulhamfc.com. "They need games - certainly Ian Pearce and Philippe Christanval needed a game but they were cruising at centre back. They looked fit and strong, so it all bodes well for the Manager and giving him some more options."
