Fulham boss Roy Hodgson hopes to have Brede Hangeland firing on all cylinders after the international break.
The defender has carried an ankle injury for several weeks but now hopes to rest it as Norway do not have a game over the next 10 days.
He said: "My ankle's a bit painful but I am going to use the break to get fit."
