Zeki Fryers is eager to prove himself at Crystal Palace.
The defender made his debut this week in the Capital One Cup.
"I want to prove to myself and others what I can do," said Fryers. "As a player I want to get better and this is a great place to do it.
"We're not a relegation team. We've got more than enough ability to stay in the league and we've just got to show people and do it.
"Neil Warnock is a fantastic manager and he's got a great relationship with the lads. He's getting the most out of us and we all want to work hard for him. Guys like Wilfried Zaha and Dwight Gayle are fantastic. There are some young and old lads with a lot of flair and a lot of quality; they've got a lot to offer."
