Frustration grows for Aberdeen after another loss

Aberdeen were again left frustrated after playing well but walking away empty-handed in their 1-0 home loss to Rangers last night.

The Dons lost their fifth match in a row in the league to remain 10th on the Scottish Premier League table but their performances in recent times have not mirrored their results according to manager Craig Brown.

"Despite the results we have played very well in the last three or four games. We could have been a couple up early in the game but if you don't score you live to regret it," he said.

"The lads have been getting a bit of stick because they haven't been winning but there was a lot of effort in their performance tonight."
