New AC Milan powerbroker Bee Taechaubol is unhappy with the coverage of his investment.
Bee is taking a 48 per cent share in Milan.
"I continue to read in some Italian media reconstructions and background information that do not correspond to reality," read a Bee statement.
"I am also attributed in an entirely arbitrary way intentions that are far from what I really want.
"I can deny that I expressed a view on the transfer market or the coaching staff, which are down to President Berlusconi and his collaborators.
"I also wish to point out that Mr Pablo Dana, interviewed today in La Repubblica and La Gazzetta dello Sport, does not represent me and does not have permission to speak for me.
"I wish to reaffirm what was already stated, which is that Milan remain under the control of President Silvio Berlusconi.
"The operation is a success for President Berlusconi and for Milan, whose brand can be further spread in the Asian market thanks to my entry into the club.
"In these eight weeks, a period of exclusive collaboration, I will not give any interviews. This is time for work, not words."
