Zenit St Petersburg midfielder Roman Shirokov expects Andrey Arshavin to stay with Arsenal.

Anzhi are being linked with Arshavin and have until Friday's Russian transfer deadline to close a deal.

"With regards to Arshavin's possible transfer, Anzhi can try, of course, but would he go? In his case, not everything is measured by the number of digits in the contract. I don't think money will tempt him to Makhachkala," said Shirokov.
