Chelsea ace Eden Hazard has a move to Real Madrid in his career plan, it has been revealed.
Sport/Foot magazine did a big expose on the Belgium international this week, which included speaking with close friends about the midfielder's future plans.
One confidant lifted the lid on Hazard's long-term career plan - and admitted it includes pulling on the Los Merengues shirt.
The friend revealed he was told: "It is to be champions with Chelsea and be crowned player of the year in the Premier League. After that, I will sign at Real and I will win the Ballon d'Or.
"Then I will put an end to my career at PSG and I will stop playing a little after 30 years of age."
Hazard has sparked fresh transfer speculation this week after admitting he's postponed new contract talks until the summer.
