Tottenham goalkeeper Brad Friedel is looking forward to playing for new manager Andre Villas-Boas.
Villas-Boas was axed at Chelsea after just eight months in charge and his sacking was blamed on a revolt among the senior players at Stamford Bridge.
"He has got nothing to prove. I've been in football for twenty-one years and I've found that there's no right way or wrong way to be a coach. I'm very impressed with him - he seems confident, diligent, organised and professional," said Friedel.
"He wants us to win trophies and the players need to buy into that way of thinking."
