Fiorentina goalkeeper Sebastien Frey has urged fans to rally round the players ahead of their Champions League clash with Bayern Munich.
The Viola have taken just one point from their last five league matches.
"We need our supporters," said the former Parma 'keeper. "Having come this far in the Champions League is like a bonus for us.
"To face Bayern will be a unique experience, and you don't need incentives to prepare for such games.
"We will try not to concede any goals and then play at home and prove we have rediscovered the spirit and the continuity of the past months.
"Above all, we must give our maximum, repeating the performances that we showed against Liverpool and Roma, leaving aside the league and trying to give continuity to the project we started four years ago."
