Fiorentina goalkeeper Sebastien Frey admits coach Cesare Prandelli lost his rag during last night's Champions League stalemate with Steaua Bucharest.
The Frenchman said: "The Coach gave us an important sign that we had to give more. He tried to provoke us in a positive way. He doesn't like to cause controversy, so we knew he was determined to shake us up.
"It is a shame this has come up, as the team spirit was always our strength, but it is something we need to work on.
"The Lazio defeat was a terrible moment, more for the way we lost than the result itself, so the next day the Coach came in and we all had a confrontation as colleagues and as men. Straight after that it was all sorted out and we felt more united."
