Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew will enter showdown talks with Fabricio Coloccini today.

The Sun says Coloccini may face the wrath of Pardew after being quoted claiming a move to Argie side San Lorenzo was "momentarily suspended".

Newcastle boss Pardew is keen to establish if his wantaway skipper, 31, was behind a statement on Lorenzo's website - and if he can play him against Aston Villa tomorrow.
