Controcampo says Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti's decision to turn to youngster Alberto Paloschi ahead of Gilardino during last night's home defeat by Sampdoria was another slap in the face for the World Cup winner.
Just 18, Paloschi was a tenth substitute for Kaka and scored Milan's only goal of the game, while Gila entered the field at halftime for Massimo Ambrosini.
