French president Sarkozy seeks advice from Arsenal boss Wenger

French president Nicolas Sarkozy is to visit Arsenal later this month.

Sarkozy is to meet Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger at the club's London Colney training ground.

Besides a dream photo opportunity alongside French national stars William Gallas, Matthieu Flamini and the rest of the kings elect of European football, Sarkozy reportedly wishes to quiz his compatriot about football and "social cohesion".

The meeting, which will occur at some point during the president's state visit to Britain from March 26-28, has been revealed by the newspaper, France Football.

Sarkozy, an amateur player in his youth, has noticed that Wenger has five Frenchmen, 11 French-speakers and 16 different nationalities in his Arsenal squad.

He believes that Wenger, who is from Alsace, can teach him lessons about integrating those from a variety of cultures and social backgrounds into a cohesive unit.
