Wolves continue to strengthen for their first season in the Premiership with the signing of Marseille defender Ronald Zubar for an undisclosed fee. The 23-year-old, who has spent three seasons with l'OM, has penned a four-year deal with the Molineux outfit.

Boss Mick McCarthy said, "I'm delighted we've managed to get him," he told the club's official website. "We've had some very good reports from those watching him out in France.

"He will prove a valuable addition to the squad and I'm very much looking forward to working with him."
