SC Freiburg have revealed Blackburn Rovers want their star striker Papiss Cisse.
The Senegal international has scored 22 goals in this season's Bundesliga.
Freiburg sporting director Dirk Dufner told Kicker: "I can confirm that Blackburn have made us an offer."
Arsenal and Liverpool are also among the clubs linked with a move for the 25-year-old, who is under contract until 2014.
He last week expressed his happiness with life in the south west of Germany, in the face of speculation about a bid from the Reds.
"Everyone is talking about me leaving the club," he told broadcaster Sudwestrundfunk at the time. "But I have not received any concrete offers from another club.
"And as long as I do not receive anything like that, I am to stay on at Freiburg for sure. I enjoy being at this club, it is very tough to find a similar club."
