Freiburg defender Caglar Soyuncu is suggesting that he will be participating in transfer talks with Arsenal.

Soyuncu is a 22-year-old center back who had an impressive season for the German outfit.

While he is eager to try his luck at a better club, he only wants to leave if he will get regular first team football. He is not interested in spending a year on the bench.

The Evening Standard is reporting that he is a potential transfer target for the club.

And Soyuncu told Turkish publication Tumspor: "Arsenal are one of the most important clubs in England.

"I know they're interested in me, but there's nothing finalised yet about my transfer.

"After the national team camp we'll have talks."
