Crystal Palace boss Dougie Freedman has denied reports that defender Nathaniel Clyne could be on his way to Manchester United. The Championship outfit were reported to be in talks with the Premier League champions over a £3m deal for Clyne, who is out of contract at the end of the season.
"Professionally, young Nathaniel is fine and our relationship is fantastic. If he is fit and he is on form then he will play as he has contributed to the team's defence.
"We have kept many clean sheets this year and he has been involved in them.
"The game may make him more aware to the Premier League but it is something I am not too concerned about right now, he will play in a unit that will hopefully defend our lead." "There has not been one single approach for one of my players so, so far so good," Freedman said.
