Freedman: Palace have plenty more youngsters waiting for their chance

Crystal Palace boss Dougie Freedman has revealed he has plenty more young stars ready to make an impact in the Championship. Teenage winger Wilfried Zaha has been one of the stars of this season, while midfielder Jonathan Williams has also broken through and striker Kyle De Silva made his debut late in the campaign.

Freedman said: "I'm very proud of the young players getting produced at this club.

"This season we have produced, in Wilfried Zaha, the best young player in the Championship.

"Next season we will do it with Jonny Williams, the season after that with Kyle De Silva."
