Dougie Freedman is looking forward to the challenge ahead with new club Bolton.
The 38-year old Scottish tactician has been appointed as the new manager at Reebok Stadium after departing Crystal Palace to take up the role vacated by Owen Coyle in early October and is thrilled to start a new chapter in his coaching career.
"I am delighted to join Bolton. The club is geared up to getting back into the Premier League," he said.
"There is an impressive set-up and structure in place, and a first team squad of undoubted quality.
"I am excited about the challenge ahead of us."
