West Ham United's Mexican striker Guillermo Franco is enjoying life in London.
The name on his Hammers shirt reads Guille - which is pronounced Guisha.
And, despite a long journey from Central America, he has taken no time at all settling into his adopted homeland.
He remarked: "Everyone in East London seems to call everyone else 'Geezer', which sounds like my name.
"When I first came here, every day before training the other players would come in and all I could hear was 'all right Geezer'. I used to answer it every time, even if it was Mark Noble talking to somebody completely different.
"It was confusing. Now the nickname Geezer has stuck and it is fun."
He added: "West Ham is a special club. I'm confident things will improve.
"My contract expires in June next year but already I feel like I want to stay longer."
