A move to France could be on for Tottenham midfielder Niko Kranjcar.

The People says Harry Redknapp insists he does not want to sell Kranjcar - as QPR have shown interest - but Ligue 1 side Nice want to sign the Spurs midfielder on loan for the rest of the season.

And the option is a tempting one for Kranjcar, 27, who has made just seven starts this season.

He was injured earlier this term and the opportunity to feature in first-team football more regularly is one that appeals to the Croatia star.
