Stephen Frail admits he fears for his job at Hearts after their defeat to Kilmarnock.
The Jambos coach said: "I have to put my hand up from the point of view of losing couple of games.
In nearly two years since majority shareholder Vladimir Romanov took control of the club, he has already sacked three managers.
And Frail admitted he worries he will be next.
"I fear for my position because of the results and justifiably so, but I don't want people feeling sorry for me," he said. "I think you always do and, when you go on a run of losing a few games, it all seems to be magnified that little bit here.
"But I don't think that's just here. I think that's at any club.
"Robbie Neilson spoke about being one game away from a crisis and I think the Old Firm have always had that.
"I firmly believe we can bounce back. I keep saying we have good players and I firmly believe that."
