Foyth, Lamela out of Tottenham's Champions League squad

Tottenham have announced their 25-man squad for the Champions League group stage.

Argentinian centre-back Juan Foyth, 21, misses out once again after being replaced by Lucas Moura for the knockout stages last season. Erik Lamela has also missed out despite returning from a long injury stint this season.

Georges-Kevin N'Koudou and Vincent Janssen, who both failed to secure moves away from Spurs this summer, are also absent.

Tottenham A List: Hugo Lloris, Michel Vorm, Paolo Gazzaniga, Kieran Trippier, Serge Aurier, Danny Rose, Ben Davies, Toby Alderweireld, Jan Vertonghen, Davinson Sanchez, Eric Dier, Victor Wanyama, Harry Winks, Mousa Dembele, Moussa Sissoko, Dele Alli, Christian Eriksen, Heung-Min Son, Lucas Moura, Erik Lamela, Harry Kane, Fernando Llorente.

There is a 'List B' which clubs can be fill with players who are 21 or under and who have been at the club for at least two years.
