Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler feels they can give the Champions League a shake this season.
Fowler was appointed last week as the club's ambassador and there are big expectations on the Reds to deliver next season.
He said: "Let's hope they do well and stay injury free, which would be a massive bonus as well.
"Regardless of where you are in the world or whatever tournament it is, you're always in it to win it.
"You think of Olympiacos and 2005 in the Champions League, then certainly the final with Milan. There's a lot to play for in every game. It will be special.
"All over the world, the support we get is phenomenal and I'm expecting the same thing again. There are some other good teams but our support far outweighs the others."
