Four Real Madrid players feature in UEFA.com's Team of the Year for 2016.

Cristiano Ronaldo, Sergio Ramos, Luka Modric and Toni Kroos have all made it into the Team of the Year for 2016 published by UEFA.com.

The four madridistas have been picked in an online user vote of more than seven million participants.

Their inclusion makes Real Madrid the most heavily represented club in the best eleven.

The rest of the 2016 Team of the Year is as follows: Buffon and Bonucci (Juventus), Boateng (Bayern Munich), Griezmann (Atlético de Madrid) and Piqué, Iniesta and Messi (Barcelona).
