Aston Villa have been boosted ahead of their clash with Wigan Athletic.

Darren Bent, James Collins, Emile Heskey and Jermaine Jenas should all be back in action.

Striker Bent has recovered from a groin strain and defender Collins is OK after an ankle injury.

Heskey had hamstring trouble while a thigh injury has kept Jenas out since his loan move from Tottenham.

Villa boss Alex McLeish said: "It will be good to unleash Darren again."
