Foster urges Rangers to go after ex-Sunderland keeper Gordon

Rangers returnee Richard Foster believes the Glasgow club should sign goalkeeper Craig Gordon.

Rangers returnee Richard Foster believes the Glasgow club should sign goalkeeper Craig Gordon.

Defender Forster is back at Ibrox, where he spent time on loan a few years ago, after joining from Bristol City and has urged ‘Gers to bring in former Heart of Midlothian, Sunderland and Scotland gloveman Gordon who is available as a free agent.

"Everyone would agree that when Craig's fit and playing he'll be back in the Scotland set-up,” Foster told the Daily Record.

"So for Rangers to sign someone like that would be massive."
