Foster hopes West Brom move will be his last

Ben Foster has indicated that he would like to end his career with West Bromwich Albion.

The 29-year old goalkeeper recently signed a permanent deal with the Baggies following a successful season-long last term from Birmingham City and is looking to remain at The Hawthorns for as long as possible.

"I hope this will be my last move," he told the Express & Star.

"I have no interest in moving south or going up north. I'm from the Midlands, my kids are going to be settling into schools soon so we need to get them registered.

"My wife loves the area too. These are things people don't always see things from our point of view - they just see the footballer and no more.

"There is a lot more to us (footballers). We are people who have families and it's important they're settled and happy.

"That's a big thing for me, making sure the kids are enrolled in school and happy.

"We are now on the lookout for our final family home."
