The agent of Bruno Fornaroli insists the player will stay with Sampdoria.

The young Uruguayan striker has struggled since arriving in the summer, but Vincenzo D'Ippolito told calciomercato.com: "I can deny all reports that he wants to leave.

"Obviously, he wants to carve out a place in the Sampdoria team. When he has been called, he's responded well.

"He is settled in Genoa and it is normal for a young boy arriving from South America to take his time to settle."
