Former Udinese winger Simone Pepe is delighted with his move to Juventus.

The Italy international joined Juve yesterday in a one-year loan deal worth €2.6m plus another €7.5m if the move becomes permanent.

"I am truly happy and now that I have put pen to paper, I am ready to face this World Cup adventure with enormous extra momentum," said Pepe.

"I have had two dreams come true this month: playing in a World Cup and reaching a top club.

"Juventus are the most prestigious side in Italy, their history speaks volumes. Now we must write new pages."
