Former Tottenham forward Rebrov impressed by Kane

Former Tottenham attacker Sergei Rebrov admits he has been pleasantly surprised by the form of Harry Kane.

Rebrov, who is currently at the helm of Ukrainian giants Dynamo Kiev, has admitted that he is impressed by the London club's recent performances while reserving high praise for the in-form Kane.

?Kane has already scored 16 goals in the Premier League, and is currently the highest Englishman on the scoring chats this season. The epic rise in the stature of the England Under-21 international has not gone unnoticed by Rebrov who believes his former club are making progress under head coach Mauricio Pochettino.

?"Of course I am still following Tottenham, West Ham - all the teams I played for," he told reporters in his pre-match conference ahead of Thursday night's Europa League loss to Everton.

?"I'm glad because I think Tottenham are getting better. Harry Kane is a very good forward, scoring not just lots but some very important goals."

?Rebrov spent four years at White Hart Lane between 2000 and 2004. He scored a total of 10 goals in 59 Premier League appearances for Tottenham.???
