Chinese champions Guangzhou Evergrande have beaten Abu Dhabi club Baniyas to the signing of former Real Madrid superstar Robinho.
The flamboyant Brazilian will link up with former national team coach Luiz Felipe Scolari at Guangzhou, as well as countryman Paulinho, who was signed from Tottenham for £9.9million earlier this week.
The 31-year old Robinho, who also played for AC Milan and Manchester City during his time in Europe, was most recently at Brazilian club Santos.
