Oliver Bozanic is on the verge of having his move from Central Coast Mariners to FC Luzern finalised.
The 24-year old midfielder has signed a two-year deal with the Swiss Super League club, allowing the former Reading man to return to professional football in Europe.
Luzern announced the deal prior to it being officially completed but the Mariners expect it to soon go through.
"While we do expect Oliver to be transferred and are satisfied that we've helped groom yet another young Australian player, we believe FC Luzern should have finalised the appropriate paperwork before making any announcement," Mariners general manager Peter Turnbull said.
"Naturally, we wish Oliver all the best in the Swiss top flight should the deal be finalised, however it is now up to FC Luzern to fulfil their duties regarding the transfer."
