​Former Premier League boss Roeder links up with Stevenage.

Glenn Roeder has been appointed as managerial advisor to current boss Darren Sarll at League Two strugglers Stevenage until the end of the season.

The 56 year-old was in a similar capacity with Sheffield Wednesday and spent 8 months working alongside ex-Owls Head coach Stuart Gray before leaving in December 2015.

Roeder spent time managing in Premier League with West Ham and Newcastle before heading to Norwich in his last job where spent two years before being sacked in early 2009.
