Former Manchester United striker Louis Saha could be on his way to Australia, with reports suggesting the Frenchman has agreed to terms with wait for it .Caulfield United.
As astonishing as it sounds, it is believed paperwork has been lodged for Saha to appear in a one-off appearance for the Cobras in the club's sixth round FFA Cup clash with Heidelberg United.
The Corner Flag reports that while a clearance has apparently been lodged, there is still doubts as to whether Saha will make his way to Australia for the match, which takes place on Friday June 5th.
Caulfield compete in the Victorian State League 3 competition, effectively the sixth tier of Australian football.
Saha played for a host of Premier League clubs during his career, including Fulham, Manchester United, Everton, Tottenham, Newcastle United and Sunderland.
The 36-year old last played a competitive match for Italian side Lazio in 2013.
