Phil Neville believes that Salford City have been handed a 'perfect' draw in the First Round of the FA Cup against Notts County.

Salford prepare to square off against League Two side Notts County in the First Round of the FA Cup and Neville, who is the part owner of the club alongside former teammates Gary Neville, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes and Nicky Butt, believes that his side could not have wished for a better draw.

Neville said: “It is a perfect draw for us. To get a home draw, as soon as our number came out of the hat, we were all excited. Then to get a league club. Obviously the BBC will be bringing the cameras down for a live game... we're really excited."
