Former Man Utd and Tottenham forward Berbatov makes India move

Former Manchester United and Tottenham forward Dimitar Berbatov has joined Indian Super League side Kerala Blasters on a one-year deal.

The club tweeted the news saying: "Golden touch, turns like a dream & a deadly finish. The Bulgarian Hitman is set to take ISL by storm."

The 36-year old joins former United assistant manager Rene Meulensteen, who has taken the manager's role at Kerala. Ex-United defender Wes Brown is also at the club.
