Thomas McCready has completed his move to Scottish club Hibernian.
The 18-year old, who rose through the ranks at Goodison Park, was released at the end of last season and managed to win a contract with the Edinburgh club.
Hibs U19 coach James McDonaugh said McCready has the ability to play first team football after seeing him train with the team last season.
"He has a chance - you don't play a few games for Everton reserves for nothing - so he's got great ability," McDonaugh told the club's official website.
"When Tom came up last season and trained with the boys that were winning every week, it helped to get him to the club."
