Former Chelsea manager Avram Grant believes current boss Andre Villas-Boas can relax as owner Roman Abramovich has more patience these days.
The Russian billionaire has a habit of prematurely sacking managers who do not bring him the trophies he wants but Grant, who was given the flick in 2008, is of the belief that under-fire Villas-Boas will be given more time to succeed by a calmer Abramovich.
"What will happen will happen. In the old times, Roman didn't have so much patience.
"Now, I think he learned something and he has patience - I don't know for how long.
"It's more important for a manager to know that we are in a job where any day could be your last day.""My advice to Andre is to do his job and try to win games," Grant told talkSPORT.
