Former Chelsea bad-boy Jacob Mellis is rebuilding his career at Barnsley.

Mellis was released from Stamford Bridge after setting off a smoke grenade at the club's training ground.

But now the only thing smoking for Mellis, 21, are his performances on the pitch.

He said: "I live in the countryside now which is good for me so I can focus on what I need to do on the pitch."
