Jean-Joel Perrier-Doumbe has agreed a two year deal with Ligue 1 side Toulouse. The former Celtic full-back had spent the last two-weeks on trial with Les Violets.
The Cameroon international told theclub's official website:"I am very happy to have joined Toulouse.
"After long injury problems and difficult moments I am happy to be given the opportunity to play again."
He admitted regular football became a priority in order for him to maintain his place in the Cameroon national team.
"The World Cup with Cameroon is and objective to me," he said.
"My dream as a footballer is playing in a World Cup.
"Toulouse can help me realise that dream, hopefully I can help them achieve their ambition."
